The founder of Eclispey Designs, Kelsey Daiber, is a past colleague, fellow woman in fashion, fellow graphic designer, and a personal friend of mine. I was stoked to hear about her recent venture into screenprinting on fashion. Needless to say, I jumped to help support the launch of her new line, the Cowgirl Tanks, with a branded shoot that aligns with her Texas-made and lovestruck brand.
The inspiration for this shoot was blond & brunette BFFs, 'high how are you,' and American new-age nostalgia.
For the moments when I was the model, I captured those shots in two ways--
1) Attaching my camera to its tripod, recording video, and then pulling screengrabs in post-production or,
2) handing the camera over to Elle for her to give it a go
